The room and bathroom were really clean, modern and comfortable. Especially the shower is pretty huge in comparison to the tiny washroom layout. The TV worked perfect and we could watch live Euro 2024 matches on it. Staff was friendly and helpful, the reception area is well decorated and maintained. Breakfast was value-for-money; not a huge spread but there were enough options and the quality was great.

Great place to stop for the night on our way to Austria! Booking and check in was easy. Staff was friendly and attentive Great breakfast! Fantastic to have the possibility of charging our EV overnight

Connection with Novotel was good. Me and my friend we were able to work from the lobby and the WiFi was very good and stable. Bathrooms in the lobby were very clean. Staff was friendly. Luggage storage was available. Location was also very good, near the city center (15 minute walk or less) and close to restaurants and one gas station with convenience store.

The location was outstanding. An easy walk from the train station and then an easy walk to the Altstadt. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly, and the modern hotel provided a pleasant contrast to the medieval city. I actually recommended the hotel to some Frankfurt residents I met in Munich later in my trip.

Location was within good walking distance of the city center, but there also seemed to be plenty of buses going nearby. The breakfast was really good with enough options. Very friendly staff and clean facilities overall. For the price it was perfect for a short stay. Also we came by car and the parking was really convenient in a spacious garage underground beneath the hotel. The parking was not free however.

Hotel was accessible for persons with disabilities also, it was very clean, bed was incredibly comfortable, room was a bit small but very cozy and having all the necessities. Breakfast was Swedish buffet and everything was delicious. The staff was friendly. The hotel is maybe a bit farther from the city center (around 30 mins walk) and central train station. Bus connections around the hotel seem a bit wonky but you can get a hang of them and there is one such bus station maybe 2-3 mins from the hotel.

The location is really good for travellers. It’s not far from the highway. The room was nice and big. They have quite big variety for breakfast and the food quality is good.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, in particular Elke, who helped me with some printing. Nothing was too much trouble for her - she is excellent at her job. We overheard her dealing with a rude customer and she was very professional.

The hotel has a very good location, ca. 15 mins walk from the central railway station. The hotel looks new and modern. My room was quiet and clean with a large and confortable double bed. Most of the Ibis Hotels I know do not have a wardrobe in the room, but this was an exception, so I can recommend this hotel for longer stays. The bathroom was also quite big and it was nice. I really liked this hotel.
